Home Screen - the Wine List

Once a licensee logs in, they are taken to their home screen which is their wine list.

This page is to provide the licensee with a quick way to order the wines that are on their printed menu.

The user can efficiently re-order the wines on their menu and get back to business. Or if they want to order wines that they haven't added to their wine list, they simply click on the member winery on the left and the wines produced by the winery are listed.

Add a Product to a Purchase Order

When the licensee clicks on the "Order" button, a pop up box appears stating the name of the product and how the winery sells the products, ie. Minimum order and multiples.

Check the Status of the Purchase Order

A sample purchase order, this PO has been processed by the winery and tells the licensee the status of each item on the purchase order.

Purchase Order Listing

When the user clicks on the Purchase Order button on the main menu, they are taken to a screen which lists all of the purchase orders issued by their establishment. By clicking on a purchase order number, the user is taken to the purchase order detail.

Sample Report - Wines by Grape Variety

A sample report. This report lists all the wines that are available to the licensee that is made with a particular grape variety.

This type of reporting is valuable to the licensee to help them decide which wine they should add to their menu to help make their wine list more complete.

Product Data Sheet

For every wine on the site, the user can pull up the Datasheet which provides all the details on the wine in one consistent format.
